Shipping policy

Shipping

Every item is made to order in our workshop in Klaipėda, Lithuania, and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Free delivery

Shipping is free with FedEx or TNT to the EU, the UK, the USA and Canada. Delivery usually takes about 5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Import duties

  • USA and EU: all import duties are included in the price. There are no additional charges on delivery.
  • Canada, the UK, Australia and other countries: import duties or taxes may be charged when the parcel arrives. These are paid by the customer.

Packaging

Items are shipped flat-packed and carefully packed for safe delivery.

Damaged in transit?

Send us a short video of the parcel and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the damaged parts or the item free of charge.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your purchased item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Once an item has been assembled, it can't be returned.

Custom orders (custom sizes and custom cord lengths) are made just for you and can't be returned.

To start a return, email us at sales@mastercraft-shop.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Any other customs charges are also the customer's responsibility. When the item arrives back in our workshop in Klaipėda and we've checked it, we refund the full product price to your original payment method.
