Hi, I’m Martin. I design and make wooden pendant lights in my small workshop in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

More than ten years ago, I left my job in finance. My son had just been born, and I wanted to do something different. I wanted to make real things with my own hands. That is how MastercraftShop started.

I still design every light myself and I am directly involved in every part of the process. I use Walnut HDF, Oak HDF, and black stained HDF. The parts are cut by laser, then checked and prepared by hand before the light is packed and sent to you.

One pendant light can be made from dozens of individual curved pieces, so they all need to fit together properly. I personally check the parts before every order leaves my workshop.

Every light is made to order. If you need a different size pendant light, a longer cord, or have another idea in mind, just send me a message. I make custom versions regularly and I am always happy to see what can be done.

Orders are normally ready to ship within 1 to 3 working days, and shipping is free worldwide.

Shipping

Every item is made to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Free delivery with FedEx or TNT to the EU, the UK, the US and Canada, usually within 5 working days.

Import duties are included for the USA and the EU. Customers in Canada, the UK, Australia and other countries may need to pay import duties on arrival.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your purchased item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Once an item has been assembled, it can't be returned.

Custom orders (custom sizes and custom cord lengths) are made just for you and can't be returned.

To start a return, email us at sales@mastercraft-shop.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Any other customs charges are also the customer's responsibility. When the item arrives back in our workshop in Klaipėda and we've checked it, we refund the full product price to your original payment method.

Damaged in transit? Send us a short video of the parcel and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the damaged parts or the item free of charge.
