Hi, I’m Martin. I design, produce, and ship every wooden pendant light from my small workshop here in Klaipėda, Lithuania. My main tools are a computer-controlled laser cutter and my own hands. From cutting the individual wooden parts to checking, packing, and shipping each order, everything is done here in my workshop.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders (custom sizes and cord lengths) can't be returned. Return shipping and any other customs charges are paid by the customer. Read the full returns policy

You can return your purchased item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging. Once an item has been assembled, it can't be returned.
Custom orders (custom sizes and custom cord lengths) are made just for you and can't be returned.
To start a return, email us at sales@mastercraft-shop.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Any other customs charges are also the customer's responsibility. When the item arrives back in our workshop in Klaipėda and we've checked it, we refund the full product price to your original payment method.
Damaged in transit? Send us a short video of the parcel and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the damaged parts or the item free of charge.
